Café Cùil is a unique eatery based on the shores of Loch Harport. Inspired by the local larder, Café Cùil creates exciting Hebridean brunch & lunch dishes utilising the seasons with foraged ingredients.
Café Cùil began its journey in Hackney, East London before owner and Skye native Clare Coghill moved back home. Expect local langoustines, lochalsh beef brisket, poached eggs & Scotch pancakes.
Our ethos is Scottish, seasonal and sustainable. We only use Scottish grown produce where possible, and dont use exotic ingredients such as avocados or bananas on our menus. We use all parts of the vegetable by using the excess to make stocks and sauces. We work with local creel fisherman with sustainable practices to make sure our environmental impact is as small as possible.
