About Us
Edinbane Lodge is Run by local chef Calum Montgomery. The restaurant serves the finest seasonal produce that Skye has to offer. Ingredients are sourced locally and responsibly and often from Calum’s friends and family who work the land and fish the waters around Skye. The restaurant was awarded 4 Rosettes in 2022 and was voted “Restaurant of the Year” 2023 in Scottish Excellence Awards.
