Hebridean Kitchen

Hebridean Kitchen is a social enterprise and subsidiary company run by Ùrachadh Uibhist. We are based at the popular community hub – The Claddach Kirkibost Centre on the breath-taking Isle of North Uist. Our food production kitchen offers a range of delicious preserves, chutneys, confectionery and baked goods – all of which are exclusively handmade in small batches using the finest Scottish ingredients and local suppliers where possible. Any profits made within the Hebridean Kitchen are put back into the Claddach Kirkibost Centre to allow us to continue to meet our aims of creating local employment and encouraging sustainable development in the community, which remains at the heart of all that we do.
