Highland Bay Seafoods is the brand of Moray Holdings Ltd, an independent Scottish family seafood business established by Charles Eckersley OBE in 1958. Since 1993 the business has been directed by James Eckersley and family. They specialise in the customised supply of frozen Scottish seafood to the wholesale and retail trades and for online shopping. Working closely with primary producers in Scotland, Netherlands and Spain, including their sister company Moray Fish in Barcelona, they supply customers in the UK, Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Australia and Asia.
