Delivering Highland lamb and venison from their small, family-run croft in the Highlands of Scotland. Animals are fed on a natural diet of heather, herbs and grasses, with full traceability from farm to plate assured. Due to the seasonal nature of their farming techniques, orders should be placed early to avoid disappointment. The Cameron’s aim is to work together with local crofters to produce quality livestock and help to provide a sustainable crofting enterprise to keep crofters crofting, and help provide a new direction by accessing alternative markets for their livestock.
