Isle of Skye Ice Cream Co.

Previously trading as confectionery shop Vanilla Skye in Portree, the focus is now entirely on ice cream, made with full cream Scottish milk (no powders), double cream and natural Italian flavours. Over 20 flavours include cranachan, jaffa cake, tablet and macaroon, and they experiment with monthly specials like strawberry and balsamic vinegar. These are sold wholesale to local businesses, with delivery available to Portree, Applecross, Lochcarron, Broadford, Dunvegan and Dornie. Sizes include 4 litre Napoli and catering tubs; 125ml single serving tubs and 500 ml take home tubs.
