JPL Shellfish Ltd

JPL Shellfish have been serving customers across the UK, Europe and Asia for nearly 20 years. They export live shellfish across Europe and Asia on a weekly basis and also supply wholesalers, hotels, restaurants and catering establishments across the UK. There are two JPL Shellfish retail fish shops (in Wick and Thurso) and a van offering a door-to-door service across the north of Scotland. JPL Shellfish also owns and operates Dunnet Bay Salmon, the most northerly active wild salmon bag-netting station in Scotland. Catches are marketed through the wholesale business during May until the end of August each year and are shipped across the UK and Europe.
