While many butchers serve meat from a third party, we are a traditional butchers sourcing each individual animal and undertake each cut to maintain a consistently high quality. Our craft has been recognised with multiple awards including the Best Marinated Steak in Great Britain and more recently the Best Lorne Sausage in Scotland.
