About Us
The Redshank is a seafood catering trailer based in the Highland’s capital of Inverness offering a ‘street food’ approach to freshly cooked, locally sourced seafood & produce.
Find them nestled in the Inverness marina off stadium road during the spring and summer seasons. During the autumn and winter they travel around the local area serving up the finest food the local area has to offer.
As well as the trailer, The Redshank have a year round residence at the Victorian Market in Inverness.
